Proposed locations include airports, CBD rooftops, transport interchanges, tourism precincts, and waterfront helipad conversions. Each site requires planning approval, landowner agreement, and CASA operational assessment.
Purpose-built eVTOL vertiports are not yet in regular commercial use. Existing heliports may convert over time, and several MoUs and feasibility studies are underway without confirmed construction dates.
